While we sincerely appreciate the requests for "design only" inquiries , our focus regarding design work is currently reserved for our clients who entrust us as their real estate professional with buying, selling, and investing.

We do however always offer one time design consultations! These are 1 on 1 meetings where we walk your home with you to deep dive into your projet, questions, design roadblocks, etc. and offer our own suggestions, recommendations, and perspectives. This could be for anything from lighting suggestions, room layout ieas, renovation ideas, best projects for ROI etc. Please see below to schedule!
